1. Seller
The eBooks on sinsailingart.com are sold by Mihaela Sîncu, an individual and the author of the books, based in Romania. Contact: sinsailingart@gmail.com.
2. What you buy
A PDF eBook (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium). The description, page count and price are shown on each book's page. Prices include all applicable taxes.
3. Ordering and payment
The Buy button takes you to the secure checkout of Stripe. We never see your card details. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Right after payment you receive an email with a download link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and contact us.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your order you give this consent.
If the file won't open or is damaged, we will send a working file or refund you.
6. Copyright and licence
All text and illustrations are protected by copyright. Your purchase lets you read and print the book for personal, family use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the file or any part of it.
7. Complaints
Write to sinsailingart@gmail.com; we reply within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
