The story
The harbour of a thousand lights
On Christmas Eve the harbour glows like a town from a storybook. Garlands sway between the masts, red baubles hang from the cabins and every boat carries at least one lantern.
One light is still missing, though: the one the girl and her grandfather are about to light themselves. What it is, you only find out in the last chapter, under the North Star.
A book to read together, one chapter each evening through the twelve nights before Christmas. For children ages 5-9 and the grown-ups who still look up on Christmas night.
